Process for Handling Copyright Infringement

We have implemented a formal process to handle any claims related to copyright infringement on the Site. If you believe that content on BlockBlast.ie infringes upon your rights, we will review and, if necessary, remove or disable the content as quickly as possible after receiving a valid notice.

To Report Copyright Infringement

To submit a valid copyright notice, please send a written letter to our team using the contact details below. Your notice should include the following information:

   
• Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner of the exclusive rights alleged to be infringed, or as an authorized representative of that owner.

   

• Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; or if sufficient, a representative list of works if the notification covers a site with multiple works.

   

• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and a description of the exact location on our Site where the material is located.

   

• Sufficient information to contact you, including a mailing address, telephone number, and email address if possible.

   

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the allegedly infringing use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

   

• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the owner if you are acting as a representative.

Please note that submitting a knowingly false copyright notice may result in legal consequences.
